- Cross-sell client value proposition to acquire new to bank customers.
- Promote take up of accounts, cards &/or other Personal Banking products.
- Actively promote and cross-sell OCBC wealth management products
- Proactively build and manage long-term customer relationship
- Provide good after-sales services to customers
- Ensure adherence to the relevant policies, regulatory risk and compliance matters
