EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Excellent English (C1),
- Relevant work experience,
- Ability to interpret technical and administrative instructions,
- Experience with loss mitigation,
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications,
- Well-developed ability to identify and interpret data and resolve exceptions,
- Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance,
- Openness to work in shift pattern from Monday to Friday
