Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, and education
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Product management, product development
- Demonstrated experience managing a product from ideation to delivery.
- Strong experience in the development and management of product roadmaps.
- Strong experience delivering software products using agile/scrum principles.
- Demonstrated experience developing fraud, financial crimes or cybersecurity products.

Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager to have product ownership responsibility in the Fraud Core Capabilities product area within the Fraud Management Product group which is a part of Wells Fargo Global Operations. The ideal candidate has leadership acumen, excellent communication and partnering skills, and demonstrable product management and technology delivery experience in a complex and highly matrixed environment.
In this role, you will:
- Be accountable for overseeing one or more cross-functional agile teams responsible for executing a strategic vision for a new data environment and data analytical tools for fraud strategy development.
- Manage all phases of the product management life cycle from ideation to delivery.
- Own responsibility for prioritization and refinement of the team backlog
- Allocate resource capacity effectively and manage delivery of the team’s commitments.
- Translate the product area vision into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters to define sprint goals, sprint capacity and monitor sprint productivity.
- Work closely with other Product Owners and Technology Leads to manage cross-team dependencies.
- Build and maintain strong business and technology relationships.
- Communicate effectively with partners and stakeholders from across the enterprise.
- Own responsibility for defining test requirements, test data and coordination of testing.
- Ensure all risks are effectively identified, measured,
- monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
- Be an innovator and thought leader.
