Fraud Investigation Analyst - E-Commerce Fraud (3-month contract)

As a fraud investigation analyst you’ll uphold and exceed customer service standards and have an eye for areas of improvement. You will be working with sensitive customer information and champion privacy and security standards.
We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative and social purposes.
Make a difference on our E-commerce fraud team as a fraud investigation analyst!

What you’ll do:

  • Review and investigate online orders to detect fraudulent transactions.
  • Perform review of high-risk orders and reviews reports to identify unauthorized credit card use.
  • Proactively and continuously monitor of internal and external data sources with the purpose of identifying fraud, waste and abuse.
  • Work to stay on top of E-Commerce risk management concepts, practices, and procedures through own interest as well as research, learning, and education.
  • Proactively seek out and bring forward issues and ideas for improvement.

What we’re looking for:

  • +2 years’ experience in Loss Prevention/Fraud Detection/Investigations experience, preferably in a similar E-Commerce role
  • Weekend work required (consistent shifts/hours with 2 weekdays off)
  • Overtime eligible
  • Logic and critical thinking – we’re largely a data driven company so consideration of all angles and viewpoints is vital

$43,857.00 - $46,166.00
