JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for testing of the Fraud Platform for Transaction and Item Fraud related to deposit accounts and electronic banking activity. Understands and analyzes business requirements in order to develop and execute User Acceptance Test plans. Thoroughly documents testing results and communicates defects to insure proper prioritization. Assists in driving to resolution of defects. Completes regression testing to ensure on-going system quality from release to release.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically 3+ years of applicable experience
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Thorough knowledge of fraud risk and operations management associated with the product lines
- Knowledge of banking systems
- Strong analytical skills relative to evaluating user stories in order to create effective test plans
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to create detailed documentation from test plans through testing sign off
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications and data analysis software
