Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills and strong analytical skills
- Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and organization
- Proven ability to meet or exceed goals in a metrics driven organization
- Willingness and flexibility to work according to business needs including a weekend day
- (Desired) Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Economics, Statistics, or Business-related field, HS diploma required
- Experience working as part of a tea
Responsibilities:
The Fraud Prevention Analyst’s primary role is to manually review online transactions to determine their authenticity. They will interact with customers and customer service to provide a seamless and secure customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Quickly analyze multiple data points to make quality decisions that impact our clients and their customers
- Analyze and identify links between fraudulent transactions to identify and stop fraud rings
- Interact with customer service and customers through various forms of communication and assist analysts with customer escalations
- Focus on improving overall operational effectiveness by helping manage queue volumes
- Collaborate with team to discuss new and emerging fraud trends

Hours: Sunday to Thursday 11:00am EST to 8:00pm EST. Must be available to work additonal hours as needed.
