Description:
NICE TO HAVE:
- A bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in computer science, data science or a similar field of specialisation.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated skill in using the MS Office suite, especially MS Excel and Power BI. A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technology systems, network tools, and processes is essential.
- Tools Knowledge: A working knowledge of Tableau and Asana is highly favourable, indicating the ability to handle complex data analysis and visualization tasks effectively.
- Analytical Thinking: We are looking for a dedicated individual with strong analytical skills to navigate complex data structures and make informed, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF POSITION
The primary role of the Partner Compliance Assistant is to use strong analytical skills to develop and implement robust, data-driven anti-fraud procedures. This position focuses on analyzing patterns and trends to prevent, detect and respond to fraudulent activity that could impact the organization, its ShareASale and Awin platform customers, third party partners and employees. By using data insights to develop comprehensive fraud prevention strategies and ensure informed decision making, the Assistant will play a key role in maintaining the highest levels of security and integrity in our operations.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- New Publisher Review: Assume full responsibility for reviewing new publisher registrations and communications to ensure compliance and authenticity.
- Big Data analysis: Pattern recognition in big data to detect fraudulent activities.
- Lifecycle Reviews: Conduct regular audits during the publisher lifecycle to identify and address any anomalies.
- Payment Monitoring: Consistently review publisher payments on Awin and ShareASale platforms, focusing on identifying and analysing any irregularities.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to enhance processes, tools, and quality of operations continuously.
