This role is responsible for:

• Receiving and processing applications under the Freedom of Information Act for documents/information held by GVH, in accordance with the Act
• The provision of clinical records in response to subpoenas to the GVH Legal Counsel
• The provision of records as required to the Coroner’s Court
• The maintenance and management of the GV Health Release of Information database which is a detailed record of all FOI requests and outcome
