JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in interior design and state license is preferred, but will consider applicants with an associate’s degree
Work experience as an interior designer in Dubai, and Overseas
Strong portfolio of interior design work, demonstrating an understanding of functionality and artistic ability
Working knowledge of the design process and design concepts
Strong visual composition skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience with computer-aided design and proficiency in 3D rendering software, preferably AutoCAD
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the company

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED1.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 15 per wee

Some of the interior designer’s responsibilities include:
Evaluate visuals of apartment, villa, townhouse etc.
Collaborate with the business remodel foreman to meet client’s needs
Envision how the space could be recast for better functionality and flow
Prepare initial design plans with design software
Be available if necessary for follow-up consultation with the contractor and/or architect
Keep the owner, company and foreman apprised of challenges or adjustments in developing plans
Meet deadlines
