YOUR SKILLS:

• Several years of experience as a coach and trainer, ideally in the financial services sector
• Certifications in coaching, training or consulting
• A university degree (Master’s/Diploma) or training as a bank clerk and/or banking specialist
• Sound experience in the conception of complex business coaching and training measures, especially in the area of sales
• Your demeanor is inspiring, empathetic and persuasive.
• You are fluent in French and German and ideally also in English and Italian. #LI-Hybrid

• You are responsible for or support our clients with transformation and change projects in the banking and insurance sector as part of a team or on your own.
• Your role will be that of a competent contact person that interacts on an equal footing with decision-makers, managers and employees.
• You support our clients in their change process with innovative coaching methods.
• You deal with topics such as new work concepts, new technologies and digital processes as well as customer-centric consulting to create solutions tailored to the challenges our clients are facing.
• Your project work will involve close collaboration with our zeb expert consultants.
