Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freelance Business Development Manager to join us in the Sales Team. In this role, you will act as an extension of our BD team, leveraging your own leads and contacts network to identify and secure new business opportunities for 10Clouds. This is a flexible, freelance position where your earnings will be driven by a competitive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize your own network of contacts and leads to identify and target potential clients
  • Client Outreach: Engage with potential clients through various channels (email, phone, meetings, etc.) to present our services and value propositions.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships that result in new business opportunities.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for the client.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our internal sales and technical teams to ensure that client needs are met and that proposals are aligned with our capabilities.
  • Market Insights: Provide feedback and insights from the market to help refine our strategies and service offerings.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven (5 years+) experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the tech or digital transformation industry.
  • Strong network of contacts and existing leads within relevant industries and geographies
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A deep understanding of AI, software development, and digital services landscapes.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
