Description:

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally with a focus on Sales & Operations roles.
  • Experience in real estate or property management recruiting is a huge advantage.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
  • Highly service-oriented with a strong commitment to providing a positive experience for all candidates.
  • Ability to pick up and promote Habyt’s values and culture effectively during the recruitment process.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English.

As a Freelance Recruiter at Habyt, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on roles in Sales & Operations. You will play a key role in finding, attracting, and hiring top talent that fits our culture and supports our growth. If you have experience recruiting in real estate or property management, that will be a significant advantage.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Sales & Operations roles, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Habyt, promoting our values and culture to potential candidates.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Use recruitment tools and platforms to track, manage, and report on candidate progress and hiring metrics.
