Freelance Senior Delivery Lead

• Joining a new cross functional team (x 6 including Delivery, BI, Tech Lead, data engineer and software engineer) at a long term Red Badger Client on a brand new data and reporting project
• Client is in Financial Services & E-commerce domain (Not a bank)
• Ideal start date Early November (4th or 11th)
• Freelance £competitive day rate / 4 months (likely to extend) & Outside IR35
• 2 days / week in person working - at client office 1 day / Red Badger HQ 1 day.
• Experience of Agile Delivery leading on a data product or programme beneficial
• Immediate interviews.

  The best bit about Red Badger is, of course, the team. We’ve been around for 10+ years now and we are 120 strong. We are really proud of our people; we support and learn a lot from each other; we work really hard but have fun doing it. We are a diverse group made up of 22 different nationalities, speaking 17 different languages.
  Our 3 founders have considerable tech and consultancy experience, and still own the company. We’ve been consistently profitable and have grown responsibly from the beginning. We are embarking on the next phase of growth and development.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an inspiring Senior Delivery Lead to join the ranks of our fast growing & passionate team. We have a wide diversity of clients with some very innovative and challenging projects; we need a tenacious Senior Delivery Lead who can coach clients, resolve complex problems and enable highly skilled, cross-functional teams.
All of our projects are Lean/Agile with integrated teams of creative and technical specialists. You’ll be working alongside big name clients in a range of sectors including retail, financial services and media and publishing. You’ll also be supported by a Director who will oversee a portfolio of projects and Principal Consultants on our larger engagements, but in all cases you will be empowered to represent and lead an enthusiastic, creative and hardworking delivery team who do great work and are keen to socialise and share knowledge with their peers.
