JOB TITLE: FREELANCE RECRUITER

We are seeking a talented and motivated Freelance Recruiter to join our team and assist in sourcing top-tier candidates for our esteemed BPO clients. This is a remote, fee-based position focused on helping major brands in the contact center industry located in Greece, Spain, and Portugal.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the BPO or contact center industry.
• Familiarity with sourcing candidates for Customer Support and Tech Support roles in multiple languages.
• Strong understanding of labor markets and recruitment strategies in Greece, Spain, and Portugal.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage your own schedule.
• Registered as a freelancer with the ability to work on a fee-based compensation structure & revenue sharing model).

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for Customer Support, Tech Support, and Sales positions.
• Specialize in language-specific roles, particularly for Dutch, German, and Nordic language speakers.
• Develop and implement strategies for identifying and attracting qualified candidates in the required languages.
• Maintain clear communication with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
• Keep track of candidate progress and manage the recruitment pipeline efficiently.
