Description:
THE PAY
For applicants with no experience, we will pay for your COA training which has an approximate cost of $500. We just ask that you work with us for a minimum of 6 months. The pay for applicants with no experience would be $23.15-$25.00 to start.
For applicants with a current COA, we will pay you $28.00-$32.00 per hour depending on experience.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Security experience along with a COA is preferred however not essential. Our ideal candidate will:

Working weekends is essential, we are looking for flexible applicants who are able to commit to late nights.
Responsibilities:
Our security team is the first point of contact for all of our customers along with being a direct extension of our brand. It is vital that you provide a warm welcome to our guests and continue that rapport throughout the evening. Your role includes:
- Proactively monitoring intoxication levels within our site
- Reporting and coordinating with the Manager on shift
- Managing and de escalating conflict
- Upholding the sale and supplier of Liquor Act 2012
- Checking ID’s
Shifts will be mainly on Friday and/or Saturday nights from approximately 10pm - 3am.
