Description:

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor availability of cargo for both air and sea (FCL & LCL)
- Ensure all Customs and AQIS requirements are completed, including ACA and SCA
- Liaise with AQIS/Customs regarding inspections and holds
- Liaise with clients to obtain Bills of Lading and arrange payment of disbursement invoices through our AP system
- Liaise with transport companies to coordinate time slots for pick-up and delivery of cargo and confirm deliveries with clients
- Monitor and coordinate the return of empty containers
- Collate clearance and transport documentation for timely deliveries
- Ensure all costs are recorded and creditor’s invoices are approved for payment
