French Country Manager (32-40 hours)

Are you a great communicator, that understands the French culture and who puts the customer first? Then we are looking for you! As our French Country Manager at Webador, your role will be to inform, guide and encourage our (potential) customers to use our services via email and social media. We want to empower every customer to build a professional website or webshop they can be proud of. You will be working together with people from different disciplines and backgrounds, and you will proactively contribute with initiatives to improve the experience for French-speaking users and to stimulate our growth in France.

• You are fluent in French (C1-C2 level)
• You have a deep understanding of French culture and norms
• You have at least 1 year of experience in a support/communication role or a related field (a related degree is a plus)
• You are a great communicator (written and verbally)
• You have the ability to listen to customers and proactively suggest improvements for the French market
• You have an affinity with the internet and with computers
• You are a team player
