Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluency in French, on a C2 Level and English (B2 or higher).
- Experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with their policies.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Content Moderator, you will be on the front lines of safeguarding social media platforms, monitoring user-generated content, and enforcing community guidelines. Your fluency in German, Italian, or French will be essential in understanding and moderating content from diverse language backgrounds.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate Content: Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and legal regulations.

- Respond to Reports: Address user reports of inappropriate content and take appropriate action swiftly.
- Document Activities: Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and resolutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with international moderation teams and contribute to developing best practices.
