WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Thanks to your academic background and university degree in Economics, Business, or Finance, along with 1-3 years of experience in a similar Financial Controlling role, you will bring valuable expertise to our team. Your advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, coupled with your familiarity with SAP, Hyperion, and Essbase, will enable you to meet your role’s objectives efficiently.
You will leverage your knowledge of business processes in the FMCG industry and your commercial and analytical mindset to excel in this position. Strong communication skills in English are essential, and proficiency in French will be an added advantage. Your attention to detail, multitasking ability, and proven problem-solving skills will contribute to your success.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a French Islands Controller who will be responsible for our business in the French and emerging islands cluster. In this role you will report professionally to the Trading Controlling Manager and managerially to the Cluster Manager.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Thanks to your experience in financial analysis and reporting, you will support the controlling team’s manager in preparing budgets and forecasts, conducting related analysis, and creating presentations according to Group guidelines. Each week and month, you will prepare reports on P&L KPIs, covering actual, budget, and forecast scenarios. Your role will also involve maintaining and updating sales price lists and structures with customers, and performing margin analysis by SKU, client, and channel to assess profitability for Ferrero Business across different scenarios.
You will be responsible for preparing and distributing monthly reports and sales statistics, performing variance and gap analysis against the budget and operating plan. Additionally, you will control, review, and approve vendor orders, investments, receipts, shipments, and payments, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. Monitoring client receivables and cash flow KPIs will be part of your duties, along with assisting and following up on special projects at HQ, regional, and local levels.
Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential as you work closely with various departments to support decision-making processes. This role requires a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders, providing timely and accurate financial insights and support.
