Travel Consultant Position
Are you passionate about travel and eager to create unforgettable experiences for our clients? We are seeking a dedicated Travel Consultant to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for crafting customized itineraries, assisting with bookings, and ensuring seamless journeys for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Understand their travel preferences and needs.
• Itinerary Planning: Create tailor-made travel itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, and activities, to meet client wishes and budget constraints.
• Payment Management: Ensure payment security, process transactions, and handle the financial aspects of reservations.
• Client Accompaniment: Accompany clients on select trips or activities to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Partner Negotiations: Collaborate with our network of partners to secure the best deals and experiences for our clients. Negotiate contracts and terms.
• Problem Resolution: Quickly address and resolve issues, complaints, or disputes, always striving for client satisfaction.
• Refunds and Compensation: Efficiently handle refund and compensation requests in accordance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the travel, tourism, or related industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in travel booking software and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Negotiation skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset and a passion for travel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Proficiency in both French and English is essential, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
