FRENCH-SPEAKING RECEPTIONIST FOR BEANA LAPONIA ADULT BOUTIQUE HOTEL

We are looking for a receptionist to join our team at this peaceful and unique luxury hotel. The position includes:

• Customer Service: Managing check-ins/outs and guest inquiries with professionalism.
• Sales: Offering additional services and excursions, handling emails, phone calls, and daily tasks.
• International Guests: Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in French is a significant advantage.
• Café and Bar Work: Serving customers in the café area near reception.

The full-time, fixed-term position runs from November 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025. The hotel is about 45 minutes from Rovaniemi, and interviews will be conducted during the application period. Contact Jonna (040 138 7270 / [email protected]) for more details.

Requirements:

• Alcohol and hygiene permits (can be obtained before work starts)
• Previous experience as a receptionist
• Fluent English and excellent customer service skills
• French language skills are highly valued
• Strong teamwork and a motivated attitude
