Description:
FRENCH SPEAKING REMOTE COMMAND CENTER ENGINEER
Basic Purpose of Role
The Remote Command Center Engineer will provide elevated support for customers in Dutch or German or French or Italian and English language. The issues reported by the customers will be both technical as well as functional, which will require an exceptionally good knowledge of the IT environment and applications.
Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Application and IT infra support
2. Mobility support
3. Asset lifecycle management
4. Provide elevated level of remote technical support and resolution
5. Provide detailed documentation about the reported issues in the ITSM tool
6. Provide support to Team members with L1 related queries
7. Incident Management and Request Fulfillment
8. Provide inputs and observations regarding internal process- , workflow- and knowledge management, as well as contious service improvement initiatives
9. Maintain a high level of quality customer service
10. Any additional project-specific task assigned by direct supervisor or above
