FRENCH TEACHER

April 2025 – June 2026 Term Contract (1.0 FTE)

Join a strong team of experienced and engaged teachers and staff at Whistler Waldorf School in beautiful Whistler, BC. We
are currently seeking a qualified and experienced French Teacher to teach a 1.0 FTE (full-time equivalent) term for the rest
of the 2024/2025 school year with a further extending contract possible for the 2025/26 school year (depending on review
after the provisional period.) This position has a start date of March 31, 2025. Full-time teacher positions start at $55,000+

The perfect candidate will be:

• Fully certified BC teacher (or be eligible to apply for a BC license) with a Bachelor’s degree of Education or

equivalent post-secondary graduation, diploma and/or technical certificate relating to the position.

• Qualified with 1+ years of teaching experience.

• A Canadian citizen and/or eligible to work in Canada with a current Criminal Record Check.
• Professional with excellent communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to foster team-based

relationships with students, parents, and other Faculty/ Administrative Staff colleagues.
