Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordination of daily activities in the office, organization and monitoring of business meetings
- Ordering and distribution of office materials according to needs
- Organization of travel and accommodation for employees and guests
- Administrative support in the organization of all events inside and outside the Company
- Receiving and sending mail, monitoring contracts, reception and coordination of guests and phone calls
- Administration and archiving of business documentation
- Directing and maintaining contacts with partners
- Other administrative tasks as needed
JOB EXPERIENCE
- Assertiveness and excellent communication
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- MS Office suite: advanced skills
- At least one year of experience in managing administrative and office work
- Practicality and speed in solving problems, openness to learning
