JOB SUMMARY:

As a Front Desk Administrative your primary responsibility is to engage with customers, addressing their concerns, answering inquiries, and providing assistance as needed. You will be the first point of contact for everyone, often handling phone calls and emails to respond promptly to their questions and resolve any issues they may encounter. Your role is pivotal in ensuring positive customer experiences by delivering high-quality service and fostering strong relationships built on trust and satisfaction. Through your interactions, you will uphold the company’s reputation for exceptional customer support and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.
  • Manage appointments, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Provide pleasant customer experience, and build lasting positive impressions by catering to client needs
  • Routing and escalating calls as per the internal procedure to assist in resolving client issues
  • Compiling data to assist in policy adjustment/special accommodations
  • Assist other teams with event/course planning and implementation as needed
  • Assist with other operational tasks as required to ensure minimal interruption to services
  • Able to work in a high-paced dynamic environment.
  • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office correspondence.
  • Assist with administrative tasks using Google Suite, QuickBooks, and other office software.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for patients.
  • Provide support to the office staff as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Expected hours: 40 per week
