SUMMARY

As a Front Desk Agent at Good Nite Inn, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role is vital in upholding our reputation for outstanding hospitality and guest satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in hospitality or front desk operations preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing guest interactions.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software is beneficial but not required.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to assist guests at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
  • Assist with billing inquiries and process payments accurately.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available to guests.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
  • Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
