Responsibilities:

  • Attend to all concerns of the guest proactively and professionally.
  • Ensure the satisfaction of all guests with a consistent positive attitude.
  • Review all guest reservations to ensure accuracy.
  • Review group resumes and follow up accordingly on any actionable items.
  • Ensure rates and account folios are set up and managed correctly.
  • Communicate key information to appropriate departments and colleagues.
  • Ensure special requests by guests are completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and balance a cash float during each shift.
  • Provide services to guests including: check in/out, telephone inquiries, luggage, handling and taking reservations.
  • Provide guests with the information they require.
  • Answer questions pertaining to events/activities and provide directions regarding their destination
