Job Title: Front Desk Associate – High-Rise Condominium
Job Summary: The Front Desk Associate is the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors at a 12-story condominium with 198 units. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring smooth functioning of the building. The ideal candidate is professional, courteous, and capable of handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a front desk, concierge, or customer service role, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, guests, and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using office software and building management systems.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Basic understanding of building operations procedures.

    Monday - Sunday, flexible - 40 hours per week. 8am - 4pm, 4pm - 12am.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, handling inquiries, and directing calls or visitors to the appropriate contacts.
  • Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the premises.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, notifying residents promptly of arrivals.
  • Address resident concerns or requests efficiently, including maintenance requests, visitor permissions, and service bookings.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, service requests, and other front desk activities.
  • Communicate effectively with the property management team regarding any issues or updates related to building operations or resident needs.
  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling building amenities, such as meeting rooms, fitness centers, or guest suites.
  • Ensure the front desk area and lobby are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Respond to emergency situations or alarms by following established protocols and notifying the appropriate parties.
  • Assist in managing building security, including monitoring cameras and reporting any suspicious activities.
