We’re looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our team. Do you live in the now and know what’s next; and have high energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude?? Someone who is a confident communicator comfortable in a fast-paced service focused role. Proactive problem solver and team player, who builds a fun and relaxed environment that makes guests feel at home. Our cool places need personalities, not staff.

USEFUL EXPERIENCE

• Experience within the service industry in a Front Office role
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
• Personal experience of travel and travel industry

• Helping guests and creating positive experiences
• Responsible for the arrival and departure of our guests and the completion of all shift checklists.
• Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy and Residence Inn way
• Manage all bills and payments correctly
• Assist in the service of Food and Beverage as required
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
• Supporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders
• Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
