Job Description
As a Front Desk Associate at Kavak’s After Sales, your mission will be to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all clients and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Greet and welcome clients and visitors as they enter the office, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Client Assistance: Assist customers with their inquiries, provide information about after-sales services, and guide them to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and manage appointments for after-sales services, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Documentation: Handle and process paperwork related to after-sales services, including service requests, warranties, and customer feedback forms.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates to customers regarding their service status.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate person for resolution.
  • Facility Management: Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies and informational materials.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, service team members, and management to ensure excellent service delivery.
