THE OPPORTUNITY

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring full-time and part-time Front Desk Clerks to join our team at Nova Guides in Red Cliff, Colorado. As a Front Desk Clerk, you must be friendly, outgoing, and customer-service focused when addressing guests, so making a great impression is key. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone and previous customer service experience is beneficial
  • Ability to multitask, function in a professional manner under pressure from guests and supervisors
  • No high school diploma or GED required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time, as well as bend and climb stairs throughout shifts

Delaware North operates Nova Guides and Camp Hale Weddings located in the Vail, Colorado area. The property features a main lodge with a restaurant and retail shop. Nova Guides provides ATV/UTV guided tours and rentals, winter snowmobile and snow coach guided tours and rentals, and private fly fishing and archery instruction. Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register guests via a centralized registration system
  • Manage cash and credit card transactions while keeping accurate paperwork
  • Resolve small guest issues immediately, delivering items to guests as needed
  • Monitor and balance the daily figure
  • provide exceptional costumer service to all guests
  • And other duties as assigned
