About Us: Join our busy natural health clinic dedicated to holistic wellness. We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our Operations Manager and client base. This role requires discretion, confidentiality, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in office administration, reception, and/or customer service
  • High degree of integrity and professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Passion for holistic health and wellness

Education:

  • Secondary School (required)

Experience:

  • Front desk/Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage appointment scheduling and client records
  • Handle phone and email inquiries promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic
  • Assist with administrative tasks and support the Operations Manager
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
