Our fun and fast paced growing Chiropractic Clinic is seeking a new team member to invest in.
We offer an above average wage for an eager, quick to learn and friendly candidate to join us as a Check-In Receptionist and manage front desk operations. All of our employees are cross trained.
Our goal is to give the best possible chiropractic healthcare experience to our patients, delivered with integrity and caring competence.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Front Desk Coordinator that loves building and maintaining positive relationships with patients. EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
*Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required *Customer service focused *Excellent time management and organizational skills *Preferred chiropractic office experience *Preferred experience with medical insurance
REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:
- You must be open to working a flexible schedule ~30-35 hours per week.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, medical electronic insurance claims submission, and posting insurance payments is a MUST. Bonus points for experience using Availity, Office Ally, and EHR systems.
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $18.00 - $22.00/hour.

Responsibilities:
*Greet and check-in patients and guests with a smile *Manage, confirm, and schedule appointments for optimum patient flow via email, telephone and online requests *Support and achieve business goals, revenue, and profitability objectives *Continuously assess the schedule ensuring optimum patient flow *Respond to patient, clinical, and operational concerns timely and effectively. *Answer phone, manage incoming patient inquiries, verify patient insurances, ensure co-pays and outstanding balances are collected *Engage patients in marketing initiatives *Other duties as assigned by the Operations Leader *Coordinate referrals, imaging and chart sharing.
