Description:
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator located in Greeley, Colorado. This role is within the administrative industry and will involve providing essential support to our team. You will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, from handling multi-line phone systems to providing concierge services. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for our office, managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer service with a professional demeanor.
- Oversee the administrative assistance tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to organize files, manage data entry tasks, and handle correspondence.
- Provide concierge services, serving as a helpful resource for visitors and staff.
- Maintain high levels of organizational skills, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- Use strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Carry out proofreading tasks, ensuring all outgoing documents and correspondence are error-free.
- Handle any other administrative tasks as required, providing robust support to the team and contributing to a positive office environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or related field
- Proficiency in administrative assistance and data entry
- Experience in answering multi-line phone systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Demonstrable skills in concierge services and customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Experience in organizing files and proofreading documents
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism and personal integrity
- Must have the legal right to work in the U.S.
