Description:
We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in STAMFORD, Connecticut. In this role, you will provide administrative assistance, manage multi-line phone systems, and offer concierge services. This role also involves assisting C-suite executives and is part of a contract to hire employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including processing paperwork and maintaining files
- Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to appropriate personnel
- Provide high-level customer service, resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Offer concierge services, assisting with various tasks as needed
- Provide assistance to C-suite executives, handling sensitive information with discretion
- Monitor and maintain customer accounts, taking appropriate action as necessary
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and presents a professional image
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- Proven experience in Administrative Assistance
- Demonstrated ability in providing Concierge Services
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of advertising industry
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
- Proficiency in using office software including MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to manage front desk operations effectively
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent education level
- Must be legally able to work in the specified location.
