Overview:
The VRC Care Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day VRC operations by performing administrative tasks, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns ensuring high quality member service. The VRC Care Coordinator will effectively manage the member interactions from start to finish, which may include identification verification; updating or confirming demographic information. The VRC Care coordinator offers front office administrative support to various departments at the VEBA Resource Center. The VRC Care Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and re-scheduling member appointments. Successful scheduling includes, but not limited to, exhibiting proficiency in appointment scheduling procedures, accurate documentation and routing of messages, scheduling and confirming appointments according to VRC guidelines.

- The pay for the position is $22/hr.
- This is a temporary position and there is an opportunity to be converted to a full-time employee.
- You must be able to work onsite, 40 hrs/week at our offices on 6183 Paseo Del Norte, Carlsbad, CA 92011.
- The schedule for the position will be Mon - Fri from 10am - 7pm
