Description:
The Magic Room Spa is looking for a dynamic front desk coordinator and retail sales person. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, customer centric individual driven by commission sales. We are looking for someone to grow with our growing business and product range. Responsibilities include, and are not limited to, answering phones, taking customer appointments, managing appointment book, opening and closing the spa, cosmetic/retail commission sales, cleaning duties, receiving orders, inventory management. Passion for the beauty industry and cosmetics a plus.
SUMMARY
As a Spa Front Desk Coordinator/Key Holder, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Spa Manager, your core skills in POS systems, cash handling, and retail sales will be essential in managing transactions and promoting spa services. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time will enhance client interactions and appointment scheduling. With premium skills in merchandising, you will contribute to the growth of our spa while maintaining an organized and efficient front desk operation. QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in POS systems and cash handling
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Retail sales experience with a focus on achieving targets
- Basic math skills for transaction accuracy
- Time management and organizational skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer interactions
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$24.62 per hour
