As a front desk associate at our dental office, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance claims
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy
- Manage office inventory and order supplies
- Ensure all necessary forms and paperwork are filled out correctly
- Communicate with dental staff to ensure patient needs are met

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer skills and software programs such as Microsoft Office, Denticon or any dental based software
- Previous experience in a dental office or medical office preferred
