Part Time ~15-20 hours/week Flexible M-TH, All day Friday needed

• Salary: $14-$16/HOUR
• Clinic: Davis, OK 73030

• Warmly greet and welcome patients.
• Check patients in and out for appointments according to company policy and procedures, ensuring all required documents are accurate and complete.
• Pleasantly answer phones and/or direct patients and others to the appropriate area or person.
• Accurately register patients and create patient accounts within an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
• Efficiently schedule patient appointments for both new and existing patients.
• Perform routine administrative duties in a timely manner such preparing patient charts/documents, insurance verifications, authorizations, data entry and collection of payments.
• Complete opening/closing duties and other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate amazing Customer Service and maintain HIPAA Compliance
