About the Position:
We are seeking a part time Front Desk Assistant to work in our pediatric therapy clinic(s) located in Washington, DC & Arlington, VA. The primary location will be in Capitol Hill (4 afternoons) and the secondary/coverage location will be in Arlington (1 afternoon).
Role of Front Desk Office Assistant at Skills on the Hill, LLC:
- Assist Office Manager with daily office procedures
- Handle new patient Inquiries by serving as first point of contact to inquiries via phone and email, respond to messages, sand patient appointments
- Welcome patients and families upon arrival, check in, answer questions and provide support when needed, validate parking, reschedule appointments when needed
- Oversee daily office operations including ensuring environment appears neat, organized, and professional
- Ensure office is well-stocked by managing inventory of office supplies, make orders, and receive deliveries
- Must be able to use: MS Word, Quickbooks, Excel, Office 365, familiarity with EMR type programs a plus.
Schedule:
4 hour shift
Late afternoon shifts
Monday to Friday
