We are recruiting to fill the position below:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Customer Service, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
- High level of customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a medical or healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and billing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
- Provide information about our services and address client inquiries.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all clients and visitors.
- Maintain efficient and organized front desk operations.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Assist in billing and invoicing processes.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients and staff.
- Support administrative functions to enhance overall clinic performance.
