Description:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • English speaker
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferable
  • Experience working in a school environment is a distinct advantage
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Candidate must be well organized and have great attention to detail
  • Have the ability to multi task and work well in a busy environment
    Working hours: 07.45 - 14.30 Monday to Thursday, 08.00: 12.15 Friday

Responsibilities:

DUTIES: RECEPTION

  • Meeting, greeting and assisting visitors, parents, teachers etc.
  • Answering the telephone and directing callers to the appropriate person/department
  • Handling enquiries from the general public, parents, teachers and students
  • Creating and editing multiple spreadsheets
  • Maintaining our database

DUTIES: HR

  • Post job adverts
  • Review cv’s
  • Coordinate the scheduling of interviews
  • Any other duties as required
