Description:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- English speaker
- Bachelor’s Degree preferable
- Experience working in a school environment is a distinct advantage
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Candidate must be well organized and have great attention to detail
- Have the ability to multi task and work well in a busy environment
Working hours: 07.45 - 14.30 Monday to Thursday, 08.00: 12.15 Friday
Responsibilities:
DUTIES: RECEPTION
- Meeting, greeting and assisting visitors, parents, teachers etc.
- Answering the telephone and directing callers to the appropriate person/department
- Handling enquiries from the general public, parents, teachers and students
- Creating and editing multiple spreadsheets
- Maintaining our database
DUTIES: HR
- Post job adverts
- Review cv’s
- Coordinate the scheduling of interviews
- Any other duties as required
