We are recruiting to fill the position below:

REQUIREMENTS

  • BSc/HND in any related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years prior in the same field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with MS suite
  • Proximity to location is key.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and clients
  • Respond to phone calls and in-person inquiries
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges.
  • Filing and setting up meetings & interviews.
  • Address and resolve complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and maintain security protocols, ensuring that only authorised individuals access restricted areas.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery
  • Organising the cleaners to keep the office clean
  • Ensuring all lightings and office equipment are in good working order and reporting any issue promptly
