Description:

Smart Gas leverages technology to solve challenges faced by consumers when purchasing cooking gas in Nigeria, and the dangers associated with it. We are the only technology driven, app based platform in the market designed from ground up for clients to experience a more convenient way to purchase cooking gas, increase transaction efficiency, and optimize user experience.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Customer relations or any other related field
  • 2-3 years of proven work experience in customer service or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, G Suite
  • Proactive and adaptable with the ability to multitask
  • Technologically savvy
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Self-motivator, self-starter
  • Fluent in Hausa added advantage.
