JOB DESCRIPTION
- He/She serves as the first point of contact for visitors and guests, managing inquiries, directing calls, and providing assistance as needed. Responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming desk area.
REQUIREMENTS
- HND / B.SC Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front desk role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work independtly and in a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
