Sodexo is growing! We are looking for a Front Desk Attendant to join our dynamic team. This position is a full-time role. You will be offered is a great team environment, work/life balance and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS
You are a dynamic and reliable person with good communication and interpersonal skills. You are committed to quality assurance and safety.
Job Duties Include but not limited to:
- Check in and out guests (Infinity Program)
- Organize large check out and in days and work with Housing lead to ensure completion
- Take inventory of commissary
- Use the POS system for commissary sales, balance daily close out
- Stocking and receiving of commissary inventory for sale
- Work with the clients on room bookings with multiple contractors
- Ability to work dayshift & nightshift
- Record and submit Maintenance Request to client.
- Strong Microsoft systems such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Standing and sitting for long periods of time
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- Ability to maintain a professional relationship with all coworkers, supervisors, managers, customers, and client representatives.
- Ability to adapt to a fast pace ever changing environment
You will be attending training programs (classroom and virtual) as needed, comply with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures, perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures, participate in regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessments. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned as required
A high school diploma, GED or equivalent experience is required. 1-2 years’ experience is required.
