Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Type: Full-time
About Us:
We are a dynamic and innovative company seeking a highly organized and trustworthy individual to fill the role of Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring a clean and organized environment
  • Greet and attend to clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • High School Diploma, Certification or Degree in Administration, Public Relations, Secretarial Studies or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Trustworthy and discreet in handling sensitive information
