Description:
Brinton Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center of Glen Mills, PA is seeking to hire full-time Front Desk Receptionist. The typical schedule is working Monday thru Friday and some holidays.
PREVIOUS RECEPTION EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY PREFERRED.
The duties and responsibilities: Direct telephone calls to the proper extension.
- Provide excellence in customer service when answering incoming calls and directing to appropriate personnel
- Page designated person when the need requires.
- Receive and channel all messages in a responsible manner.
- Greet visitors and vendors
- Alert Office Supervisor if problems arise.
- Send drivers to pick up residents from doctor appointments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Office Supervisor, as needed.
