Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for full-time Front Desk Receptionist in Conshohocken, PA. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for assisting Human Resources and the Director of Facilities with assigned general administrative duties. This is a Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm position!

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • 1 or more years of related experience

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environments
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) would be a plus
  • Good organizational skills
  • Communicate and work well in a team environment
  • Follow up in a timely manner on open itemsAble to effectively prioritize work on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Greets employees and visitors to the building.
  • General administrative tasks assigned by Human Resources and the Director of Facilities.
  • Answers multiple phone lines, ensuring quality and customer service is provided to all callers.
  • Answers calls and gathers information to make routing decisions, transfers, and retrieves phone calls and messages as required.
  • Handles overhead paging, announcements, calling codes and emergency response team.
  • Works with security vendor to make all necessary access badge changes.
  • All other duties as assigned
