JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can maintain a welcoming environment and ensure smooth office operations.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a salon industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer support skills, demonstrating patience and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
  • Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Support office operations by maintaining supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service experience.
